• Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to foster a collaborative care environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, daily routines, and any incidents or observations relevant to their development.
• Organize classroom materials, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure the learning space remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Use computer skills to document activities, update records, and communicate with families through digital platforms.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare or early childhood education setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engaging classroom activities while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English to facilitate communication with diverse families and team members.
• Strong organizational skills paired with excellent time management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Effective written communication skills for maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Familiarity with computer operation and classroom management software enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
